Refund/return Policy
All BizCoach offerings — including software systems, digital products, and coaching programs — are delivered electronically. Because of the nature of these services and the resources involved in delivery and support, all sales are final.
Any setup or onboarding fees associated with software platforms and other digital services are non-refundable. These fees cover the time, labor, and customization required to prepare your system for use.
Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins. This includes software access, membership communities, and ongoing coaching or support subscriptions.
You may cancel at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.
To cancel your subscription or recurring service, please submit a cancellation request at least 3 business days before your next billing date. Requests must be submitted through your client dashboard or emailed to [email protected].
Due to the high-touch nature of coaching and the limited spots available, payments for coaching programs are non-refundable. If you're unsure whether a program is right for you, we encourage you to book a discovery call before enrolling.
Refunds may be granted in limited circumstances where required by law or in the event of a billing error. These exceptions are evaluated case by case and remain at our sole discretion.
